Civilian new year celebration

The Shelter's residents includes Arabs (Muslims and Christians), Jews, and new immigrants.
These days, few women asked to celebrate the civilian New Year. The Shelter staff was happy to see the women gathering to initiate an activity for themselves; therefore, upon women requests we allocated a modest budget for the celebration.

Women were busy in planning a special menu and content for the celebration. The celebration was modest but very happy.

Women expressed their desires that 2014 will be a year of freedom from violence and oppression for themselves and for their children!
